Colley Executive Offices was created to inspire growth and prosperity in the Hampton Roads market.
Locally owned and operated since its founding in 2016, Colley Executive Offices (CEO) is the brainchild of Shahpor "Ben" Mahgerefteh, an immigrant from Iran who traveled to this country in search of the American Dream. Arriving some 43 years ago with near to nothing, he would soon open a car dealership in Portsmouth, Virginia, the first of several successful ventures in the area of commercial development and industrial centers across the region.
Ben's latest project, Colley Executive Offices (CEO), emerged out of his desire to help other small businesses to thrive. It offers all-inclusive private office spaces, with every amenity a business needs in order to focus on what matters most: growth and profit making. In Mahgerfteh’s words: “Our ultimate goal is to have everything taken care of for the business owner. The idea is that they start here, and when they outgrow the space and are ready to move into larger, more conventional space, we can help them with that, too.” To that end, the Mahgereftehs also own Prestige Realty Group, a commercial real estate company in Norfolk.
CEO has two locations, on Colley and Granby. Both offer beautiful conference rooms, as well as convenient and free on-site parking, which make attracting new clients and meeting with them a breeze. Complimentary stylish and ergonomic office furniture minimizes initial move-in costs. Private direct phone lines, with voice mail, and individual mailing addresses allow each business to fulfill its license obligations. They also provide wide-ranging visibility and easy access for potential customers.
Every office, which ranges from 60 to 370 square feet in size, features a direct in-office port delivering the fastest wired high-speed internet available, with an excellent level of sensitive data protection. Security is CEO’s top concern, including physical security, so electronic key fobs are provided for entrance to both buildings. In addition, floodlights illumine the parking lots of both facilities from dusk to dawn, in the interest of safety for anyone working late.
CEO’s two facilities in Norfolk, on Colley and Granby, are located close to an ever-increasing number of community partners. This makes them ideal places for any small business on the verge of growth, as well as for satellite offices of larger companies. Already both buildings are home to a wide variety of tenants in the areas of construction, cleaning supplies, food service, home health care, therapy, and the arts, among other sectors.
