We love when our Tenants move during their lease time - so at any point during your lease, you can grow into a bigger office at either of our locations. All of our offices are designed to be expanded - so you can grow your business throughout the building. Looking for office space can be confusing, expensive, and disruptive to your workflow. It is our philosophy that when you are looking for office space, you shouldn’t just look for what is good for you right now, but what will meet your needs in the next 3-5 years. We work hard to operate around your business's unique timeline and welcome any lease term with a minimum 3-month commitment. Don’t be stuck in an office space that can’t accommodate your company's growth.
